The fear of the LORD
is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that
do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.
"The Lost Tools of
Learning" by Dorothy Sayers

Covenant Classical Academy The rapid changes in our nation and the decline of our economy have done at least two things related to a classical Christian School. They have made school operation much more of a challenge due to changing regulations and financial stresses. But at the same time they have made the need for a classical Christian education all the more important for the future of the church, our nation, and the world. Recognizing the need and the challenges we are seeking an experienced classical educator to serve as Headmaster of Covenant Classical Academy whose job will be to launch this ministry in this challenging environment. If you have a desire to tackle this challenge with us please contact Greg Miller.

In modern America,
the fast-food mentality has penetrated the realm of the mind. The
modern student has a mind full of McThoughts. Information comes to
him processed and prepackaged, and he does his duty as a consumer.
This does not mean that intellectual activity has disappeared, but
having your mind full of mental "stuff" is not the same thing as
thinking. |
